Responsibilities include:

• Lead benefits administration, overseeing Medical, Dental, and Vision plans to ensure employee satisfaction and compliance.
• Oversee biweekly payroll with precision and efficiency, leveraging UKG software for accuracy and regulatory adherence.
• Seamlessly execute end-to-end payroll operations, maintaining meticulous data management and timely paycheck distribution.
• Champion the onboarding process, facilitating smooth orientation, paperwork completion, and initial training for new team members.
• Proactively ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of relevant mandates.
• Generate reports and analyze data using UKG.

Qualifications include:

• 3 years of comprehensive HR hands-on experience with a focus on payroll management.
• Demonstrated proficiency in UKG (UltiPro) payroll system.
• Proven track record in various HR functions including administration, onboarding, and training.
• Thorough understanding and adherence to payroll regulations, tax laws, and employment legislation.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high levels of accuracy.
