Your day to day as a Behavior Therapist/Registered Behavior TherapistAs a new Behavior Therapist/Registered Behavior Therapist at Adventure ABA, LLC, you can expect a dynamic and fulfilling role. Your day-to-day will involve implementing behavior plans, collecting data, and collaborating with a supportive team to ensure the best outcomes for clients with Autism. You'll have the opportunity to engage in fun and interactive activities while helping individuals develop essential skills. Additionally, you will be expected to maintain a flexible schedule, with at least 3 nights open until 7:30 pm to accommodate clients' needs and maximize support. Are you the Behavior Therapist/Registered Behavior Therapist we're looking for?To excel in the role of a Behavior Therapist/Registered Behavior Therapist at Adventure ABA, LLC, certain skills and qualifications are essential. Candidates should have a minimum of a high school diploma, although a Bachelor's Degree is preferred, to ensure a strong foundation for understanding behavior analysis principles. Physical requirements include the ability to lift up to 50 lbs and sit on the floor for extended periods while engaging with clients. CPR certification, or the ability to obtain certification upon offer of employment, is necessary to ensure the safety of those being supported. Additionally, candidates should be willing to drive up to 35 miles between sessions, showcasing dedication and flexibility in meeting clients' needs.
