**Overview:** We are seeking a passionate Early Childhood Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children, possess strong communication skills, and be dedicated to providing a nurturing learning environment. **Duties:** - Plan and implement age-appropriate activities to stimulate children's cognitive, social, and emotional growth - Create a safe and supportive learning environment for all students - Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress and development - Collaborate with other teachers and staff to ensure a cohesive educational experience - Utilize various teaching methods to engage students and promote learning - Monitor and assess student progress through observation and evaluation **Requirements:** - Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field - Experience working with young children in a daycare, childcare, or educational setting - Knowledge of child welfare and development principles - Familiarity with early intervention strategies - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment - Understanding of standardized testing procedures - Experience in special education is a plus - Previous experience in a private school setting is advantageous If you are passionate about shaping young minds and creating a positive impact on children's lives, we encourage you to apply for this rewarding position as an Early Childhood Teacher.
