Top New York City Management Company/Owner-Operator is looking for a Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a 6 building, 500 -unit market rate portfolio in Manhattan.
Ideal candidates will have at least 4 years experience in either an Assistant Property Manager or Property Manager capacity, overseeing small to mid-size residential assets in NYC. Need to have experience with at least 300 units.

Compensation: $95,000 - $120,000, plus bonus, comprehensive health benefits, and other valuable perks.
