We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Service and Sales Associate to join our growing team. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals who excel in customer interactions and have a passion for sales. You will play a key role in acquiring new customers for our partners, working directly with businesses and at retail events.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with potential customers at business locations and retail events to discuss products and services
- Provide detailed information about the offerings of our partner companies
- Generate new customer leads and convert them into sales
- Meet and exceed sales targets through effective communication and relationship building
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities
- Attend team meetings and training sessions to enhance sales techniques and product knowledge
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for customer service and sales
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong persuasive skills and a positive attitude
- Previous experience in sales, retail sales, or customer service preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent
Compensation and Benefits:
- Base pay plus commission and performance bonuses, or full commission only (your choice)
