Behavioral Technician Responsibilities include:
- Assisting in restructuring environments and activities to support the clients' behaviors
- Teaching skills that allow the individual to communicate and/or function more effectively
- Review behavior plans and other relevant (e.g., instructional) materials developed by behavior analysts for clients in order to facilitate consistent implementation and monitor outcomes appropriately
- The implementation of behavioral procedures for acquisition of replacement skills and reduction of problematic behaviors
- Data collection and display as authorized by a recipient's behavior analysis service plan
- Communicate openly with behavior analysts and regional coordinator
- Complete daily progress notes related to implementation of the intervention plan
Productivity Bonus/Shift DifferentialsAt Rebound, after 90 days without incident staff will earn a $1.00/hour raise from the hourly rate he/she/they were hired in at. This will be a staff members' new base rate. Following this, a new base rate will also be identified after said staff member obtains an RBT certification. This will also be an additional dollar per hour. Meaning, with additional merit and education, staff have an opportunity to earn an extra $2.00 more per hour with time served and certification. In additional to these staff financial incentives, we will be implementing weekly bonus opportunities based on productivity and session time(s) worked.
Rebound Home and Community Therapy expects all field staff (BT/RBT) to be at least 80% productive while working in one of our ABA Centers. Meaning, billable time divided by paid time is at least 80%.
For staff who meet the following criteria the below will be added to their base rate, per hour, weekly.
- 80-85% Productive: Base Pay Rate $0.50/hour
- 85-90% Productive: Base Pay Rate $0.75/hour
- 90% Productive: Base Pay Rate $1.25/hour
For staff who meet the following criteria the below will be added to their base rate, per hour, weekly.
- 75-80% Productive: Base Pay Rate $0.50/hour
- 80-85% Productive: Base Pay Rate $0.75/hour
- 85% Productive: Base Pay Rate $1.25/hour
- 3 Evening Sessions (Consistent): Base Pay Rate $0.50/hour
- 4 Evening Sessions (Consistent): Base Pay Rate $0.75/hour
- 5 Evening Sessions (Consistent): Base Pay Rate $1.25/hour
Associates And/or Bachelor's Degree Preferred, But Not Required.Training provided,
CEUs provided.
