Creekmur Wealth Advisors in Morton, IL is seeking a friendly, detail-oriented Client Service Administrator to join our team in our mission of helping clients make wise financial and life decisions to accomplish their goals. This is a key role that directly impacts the growth goals of our firm. Key Skills:
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Positive attitude and an extraordinary client service orientation
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to complete projects on schedule.
  • Must be able to manage multiple projects concurrently.
Minimum Requirements:
  • 2 years of experience in a customer service, administrative, or marketing field
  • College level coursework in a business or communication field preferred
  • Experience with MS Office Suite and the ability to learn new software quickly
  • Knowledge of tools such as Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel), CRM systems (i.e.: Salesforce)
Responsibilities:To provide an excellent experience for clients and prospects throughout their entire engagement with our firm. This will include:
  • In-bound and out-bound telephone communication
  • Facilitating a professional, welcoming atmosphere for in-person and digital meetings between our advisors and clients or prospects.
  • Digital communication via email and text
  • Assist the Advisor team to handle client service needs:
  • Managing meeting schedules for our multiple advisors and office locations.
  • Follow-up with clients and leads as needed via digital and telephone communication.
  • Assist in creating and implementing various strategies to create brand engagement.
  • Other responsibilities may be assigned to support team goals.
Salary:
  • Starting at $20/hr. and is commensurate with experience

Hours:
  • Monday-Thursday: 9am-5pm; Friday: 9am-1pm
  • 1 evening event/month - 6 months out of the year. 2-3 annual client events where team attendance is highly encouraged
