Retail Leasing Associate
advisoRE is a commercial real estate brokerage firm focused on Landlord representation in retail leasing and investment sales. The company is quickly growing its retail portfolio and is in need of a Retail Leasing Associate to assist the team.
The retail leasing associate will work closely with the Senior Leadership Team of trusted and entrepreneurial advisors, which has 70 years of combined experience in CRE brokerage, and will be expected to take on increasing amounts of responsibility.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Servicing existing retail listing portfolio
Leading property tours
Responding to space inquiries
Canvassing and prospect calling
Preparing and negotiating Letters of Intent
Reviewing leases and financial documents to create abstracts and reports
Cultivating relationships with brokers, owners and tenants
Conducting market research
The ideal candidate will have:
Real Estate Salesperson License in MD, DC, and/or VA
1-3 years of experience and/or interest in the Commercial Real Estate field
Excellent communication skills
Reliable transportation
Knowledge of the Washington, DC Metro Region
Working knowledge of excel, word and CRM software
