Job Title: Licensing and Contracting Intern

Department: Annuity Operations

Reporting to: Licensing and Contracting Manager

Location: Topeka, KS

Hours: 20-25

Overview:

Are you looking to be a part of an incredible team? Are you interested in the financial industry? The Licensing and Contracting Intern will aid the Contracting Team by taking charge of mail, scanning documents, maintaining agent records, and obtaining signature guarantees from the bank, and assisting with special assignments. If you're a dedicated, enthusiastic person looking to work with a great team, this might be the job for you!

What you'll do:

Assist with opening and organization of incoming mail.
Assist with scanning of all incoming mail.
Update agent records when necessary as instructed by daily mail.
Other duties as assigned

Experience you'll bring:

PC knowledge including MS Word, Excel, Outlook
Detail oriented, focused on quality in all aspects of your work
Time management and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work independently, but also as a collaborative team member
