PART TIME MONDAY'S AND THURSDAY'S IMMEDIATELY HIRING
Join our team as a Front Desk Receptionist in a medical specialists office. As the initial point of contact, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient service and administrative support. This is a part-time position with opportunities for more hours
Duties:
- Welcome and greet patients with a warm and professional demeanor
- Schedule appointments efficiently using e-clinical works software
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area for a welcoming atmosphere
- Assist with patient check-in, check-out, and insurance verification processes
Experience:
- Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in a medical office setting
- Familiarity with medical administrative support and patient service procedures
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and multitask efficiently
- Experience with e-clinical works a plus
