You will find the Hyperbarics and Wound Care Department on the 1st Floor of Aurora Medical Center Grafton. The department provide services to inpatient, outpatients, hyperbaric patients, and ostomy patients. The wound care staff are very involved with patient care, coordination of care, and overall patient outcomes. We focus on education to our patients, families, and team. This is a hands on, direct patient care position with learning opportunities daily. We value collaboration within the department, Aurora Medical Center Grafton, and Advocate Aurora system.
