Job description
Advocate Health Advisors, one of America's fastest-growing Medicare Field Management Organizations (FMO), is seeking candidates for the position of Regional Manager. The ideal candidate has Medicare sales experience, enjoys coaching and educating others, and can help recruit, train, and engage licensed agents to develop Medicare Advantage sales strategies.
The Medicare population is exploding with the Congressional Budget Office (CBO) estimating that 51% of all persons on Medicare will be enrolled in a Medicare Advantage plan by 2030.
This is a significant year-round sales market with thousands of eligible agents and Medicare prospects. We seek a motivated sales leader to join us and help develop this excellent market. This is a full-time position with a base salary plus commissions; benefits include healthcare and 401k. We are 100% independent, Veteran-owned and operated, and hold direct contracts with over 100 national and regional carriers. Must have a current state health insurance license.
