Our 34-year-old non-profit Dallas publishing company needs an experienced print & digital advertising sales enthusiast who loves talking with people and solving their problems. If you’re good at developing sincere professional connections, understanding client needs, and then closing a sale, you could be our next Account Executive. You need to be motivated by money because your earnings aren't limited. We offer a base and generous commissions — you are paid commensurate with your success. But even more important, you need to be motivated by helping other business owners — that's essential to your success and career growth, as well as ours.
We’ll do our best to help you master your job. We’ll equip you with sales tools and teach you how to target each client and audience. We'll help develop your skills and prepare you for your next challenge.
