Job Overview :
The Floor Technician keeps buildings in clean and orderly condition. The Floor Technician performs heavy cleaning duties, such as cleaning floors, carpet extraction, stripping and waxing floors, and scrub & recoat on floors.
Other duties will include performing routine maintenance on floor equipment, notifying management of need for repairs, assisting maintenance department with grounds keeping, and other duties as needed.
