Customer Experience Specialist
Job Summary: As the initial and final point of contact for our valued customers, this role plays a pivotal role in ensuring a positive customer experience that exceeds expectations. We are seeking a dedicated team member who embodies organization, effective communication, dependability, and confidence.
Responsibilities:
● Serve as the first point of contact for incoming calls to the front office, assessing whether customers require subscription renewal, support ticket creation, or redirection to other departments.
● Provide essential administrative support to both the company and team members, promptly addressing and fulfilling customer inquiries.
● Undertake clerical duties and manage special projects to enhance overall operational efficiency.
● Cultivate a professional environment by displaying proactivity, optimism, and a supportive attitude.
● Demonstrate flexibility in meeting the diverse needs of customers and team members alike.
● Manage inbound calls and web order inquiries, proficiently processing sales orders and generating support tickets.
● Employ strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively and professionally.
● Embrace additional responsibilities as assigned, contributing to the dynamic operations of the team.
Qualifications:
● Possess an exceptional attitude and a remarkable dedication to providing outstanding customer service.
● Exhibit adept multitasking capabilities, ensuring precision and timely execution across various tasks.
● Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, is a necessity.
● Display keen attention to detail, coupled with analytical and research skills for comprehensive issue resolution.
● Showcase effective and professional communication skills, both verbal and written.
● NetSuite Knowledge - A plus, but not required
● Bi-Lingual is a plus as well
