Required for the role:

• 5 years of Construction Management Experience
• Degree in Construction or Engineering (preferred)
• Experience with new ground up Construction projects
• Currently or previously employed with a GC or Builder Developer
• Local to Rapid City, SD or willing to relocate permanently

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $115,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
