Responsibilities:

• Project Mastery: Manage large new construction projects from cradle to grave, utilizing all needed and available resources.
• Team Leadership: Passionately lead, mentor, and develop project team members to achieve collective success.
• Efficient Coordination: Coordinate, schedule, and manage subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors for seamless project execution.
• Compliance Assurance: Ensure strict compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards.

Qualifications:

• Proven Experience: Completed a minimum of 1 large new construction project from cradle to grave as a Lead Superintendent within a GC or Developer setting.
