**Job Description**

**AECOM** is seeking a Civil Engineer IV to be based in Honolulu, Hawaii.

_This position is expected to begin as soon as possible._

The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:

Senior technical resource may serve as technical advisor for team.

Provides specialized technical input to studies and design for staff's specific area of expertise.

Develops study and design procedures to facilitate high quality cost effective work by others.

Participates in interdisciplinary review of project deliverables.

Develops construction cost estimates and estimates of technical efforts for projects.

Uses expertise in all steps of completing discipline component of PS&E package.

Performs quality control review of design calculations or drawings.

Prepares technical specification sections.

Provides input to the development of engineering budget and schedule to meet requirements.

Work under the supervision of a project manager or senior-level team member.

Present design solutions to AECOM project teams.

Collaborate with other team members.

**Qualifications**

**MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:**

Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field and 6 years of experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education

**PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:**

Proficient with Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

PE license in Civil Engineering

Proficient with AutoCAD Civil 3D, Microstation, Arc GIS, Hydrologic/Hydraulic models

Extensive work experience with engineering firms, contractors, or government agencies involved in design, construction, or management of Water Resources, Site Development, Transportation, Stormwater, Wastewater or other general civil-related projects.

**Additional Information**

Relocation assistance is not available for this position.

We are interested in every qualified candidate eligible to work in the United States. Permanent residency sponsorship is available for current H1-B visa holders in the United States.

Valid U.S. Drivers License preferred to visit project sites, clients, and other AECOM offices when public transportation is not available. Selected candidate will undergo a Motor Vehicle Records review.

This position requires a hybrid work schedule which includes in-office work in Honolulu, Hawaii. The selected candidate must be available to work in Honolulu, Hawaii on a scheduled basis.

Offered compensation will be based on location and individual qualifications. The expected range is $80,756.40 - $115,077.87.
