Join us. **Job Description** **AECOM** is seeking a talented and highly motivated **Program Analyst** to support our Energy team’s large utility programs in Southern California. The successful candidate should be a dynamic, self-directed individual. The candidate will need strong technical, organizational and communication skills to ensure projects meet communications objectives. Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: Onboarding Participate in program meetings and activities Provide materials, notes, etc. to support program meetings and activities Track program metrics Support program management team Client interface **DCS—Energy** AECOM’s Energy practice provides a wide range of services from consulting and engineering design to energy engineering, energy procurement and construction (EPC) for power, energy efficiency, and renewable energy clients. We connect knowledge and experience across our global framework to bring together a unique combination of engineers, planners, scientists, and project managers who advance cleaner, secure, and more sustainable energy solutions. **Qualifications** **Minimum Requirements:** BA/BS and 4 years of relative experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education. Experience working with California utilities. As a condition of employment, candidates must pass a drug screening. **Preferred Qualifications:** Project and organizational skills PMP certification or equivalent. Agile or any other project management certifications Experience in relevant areas such as engineering, utilities, renewable energy, and/or sustainability Strong written and oral communications skills, including copyediting and familiarity with AP style Strong organizational skills and ability to synthesize complex materials Knowledge and understanding of employee communications methodologies and tools Fluency with Microsoft Office products, including strong Microsoft Excel skills Strong written and verbal communication skills **Additional Information** Relocation is not available for this position Sponsorship is not available for this position Offered compensation will be based on location and individual qualifications.
