Discover your #H2Opportunity **Job Description** AECOM Technical Services, Inc. has multiple openings for a Project Controls Analyst III to be based in New York, NY. **Job Responsibilities:** Perform financial, economic, and qualitative data collection and analyses of a variety of projects and programs across multiple business lines, including, but not limited to, Transportation, Water, PPM, Buildings Places, Environment, and Energy. Create and manage spreadsheets and databases. Create reports and presentations in both Excel and PowerPoint, and perform various analytic tasks to support strategy, business / financial planning, and operations. Responsible for collecting data and preparing various forecasts on key Project and Program financial metrics on a monthly and quarterly basis across the entire program portfolio. Monitor the status of projects and programs, with the ability to understand their relationship and potential impacts to both operational and financial performance. Support corporate initiatives and projects and attend meetings with senior management to track and follow-up on action items. Conduct research and analysis, prepare reports, and make recommendations based on findings. Coordinate with Business Lines and corporate departments to collect and analyze data to prepare reports required by senior management. Support Project Managers in managing company project management software systems. May telecommute. **Qualifications** **Minimum Requirements:** Candidates must have a Master's degree in Construction Engineering Management, Civil Engineering and Mechanics, Public Communications or related field and 0 years of experience. Position requires experience with: 1. Accounting; 2. Cost and Budget Controls; 3. Design and Construction; 4. Public Agency Client work; 5. Program Finance; 6. Schedule Control; 7. Contract and Task Order management; 8. Billing and Cash Application; 9. Bidding and Proposal Writing; and 10. Microsoft Office and Power Bi. **Additional Information** All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines. Offered compensation will be based on location and individual qualifications.
