Job Description

AECOM is currently seeking a Project Management Sr Manager - Civil to work closely with our municipal client in their storm water management department.

Job Summary

The Client’s Engineering Department needs a new a Project Manager Professional with a Civil Engineering background. A PE is preferred. The position will oversee stormwater project development projects, evaluate, establish, and revise stormwater standards/policies for the department as necessary. Review stormwater plans/permits. Will maintain and make available GIS database of the County’s Stormwater system, and coordinate MS4 permit reporting. This position will prioritize and suggest recommendations to County staff for repair/replacement of existing systems.

This person will be responsible for but not limited to the following:

• Plans, directs, and supervises all operations included in moderately sized projects with moderate risk, complexity, and financial impact.

• Manages and leads all technical, financial, and client satisfaction areas using consistent processes and tools.

• May include management of small teams across business lines, in remote locations and/or management of subcontractors.

• Manages projects on a local to regional basis achieving quality outcomes, financial performance and client satisfaction.

• Successfully develops strategy, prepares proposals, negotiates contracts, and executes project.

• Acts as primary point of contact with client.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements

• BA/BS in Civil Engineering 10 years of related experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education, including 2 years of leadership

• Licensed PE

Offered rate of compensation will be based on individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location. The salary range for this position is: $122k - $200k
