Join us. **Job Description** AECOM’s Federal Environmental Remediation Practice is seeking an experienced supervisory Senior Program Manager to lead the Army/USACE Central Program with employment in our Omaha, NE office. The individual will be primarily responsible for oversight of project execution and financials as well as program, account, and client management activities. The individual will also be responsible for the pursuit and management of new prime contracts and FFP/CPFF task orders with oversight on project delivery including budget, schedule, and quality. This individual will be expected to work at AECOM’s Omaha office on a regular basis. The applicant shall be competent, experienced, and knowledgeable in the full range of HTRW activities from investigations to studies, designs, remedial action and construction, EDC, and LTM. The successful candidate will also direct and lead business development and marketing activities. **Qualifications** **Minimum Requirements** BA/BS in engineering, construction management, geology, chemistry or related field with 10 years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education, including 2 years of leadership US Citizenship is required. **Preferred Qualifications** Experience in DoD environmental programs (RCRA/CERCLA), knowledge of USACE environmental program requirements and processes. Occasional travel. High degree of self-motivation and the ability to work independently. Must be willing to take direction and work as a member of a collaborative team. Demonstrated ability to manage and inspire people; and manage diverse project teams. Knowledge of cost estimating, financial accounting, reporting, and project controls. Knowledge of US Federal contracting. Excellent communications and interpersonal skills, including both oral and written communications. Organizational management skills as well as the ability to perform and oversee detail-oriented work. PE or other professional registrations/certifications. Advanced degree in a relevant field (Civil/Environmental Engineering or Geology) Experience in leading capture teams. Experience remediating HTRW, MMR, and/or CWM contaminated sites under USACE contracts. Participation with outside agencies/organizations/associations related to the field. **Additional Information** Offered compensation will be based on location and individual qualifications.
