Primary Focus
- Bucks In-Season: Stadium Set-Up and Tear-Down; Concessions Assistant Manager; Delivery of High Level of Customer Service
- Stadium Operations
- Assist with management of stadium set-up and tear down for all events at Riverfront Stadium
- Oversee management of post-event stadium cleaning, and hourly cleaning crew
- Assist with oversight of stadium grounds including playing field and areas in and around the ballpark
- Stadium start-up in the spring and shut down in the fall
- Assist with general stadium maintenance
- Concessions Operations
- Assist with management of concessions for all events at Riverfront Stadium
- Help make concessions purchases through approved vendors
- Assist in maintaining and tracking inventory
- Staffing
- Assist in hiring of game day concessions and stadium operations staff when applicable
- Assist with scheduling and train of concessions staff
- Oversee scheduling and training of stadium operations staff
- Be a part of overseeing and training interns
- Assist Cedar Rapids operations with stadium operational/concessions operational support as needed
- Other Duties as Assigned
- Misc.:
- Maintain Normal Business Hours
- 9-5 M-F
- During season game day 9 am though end of game
- Non-game day during season 9-5
- Expect to work weekends and all events
- Serve as site manager for stadium events when applicable
- Manual labor expected for season and game preparation and to assist as needed
- Maintain Normal Business Hours
