RESPONSIBILITIES -
- Collaborate with manager on designing and scheduling monthly content calendars for both Cincinnati Cyclones, Heritage Bank Center channels: Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, LinkedIn and YouTube
- Provide real-time in-game social media coverage on all owned-channels
- Maintain brand voice across platforms when posting and interacting with fans
- Help monitor and respond to fan inquiries via social media
- Help mentor interns throughout the season
- Be in rotation for remote away game coverage
- Be in rotation for Heritage Bank Center events
- Edit photo/video
- React to emerging trends and implement the ones that make sense for our channels
- Manage Junior Cyclones/Queen City Sports social media pages
- Collaborate with other departments (broadcasting, game ops, ect.)
- Provide weekly reports and analytics for social platforms
- Other duties as assigned
- Minimum 1 year work experience in social media, marketing or related field
- Experience using Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom and Premiere or other editing software
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Sports and/or entertainment background preferred
- Self-starter with ability to work in fast-paced environment with non-traditional hours
- Ability to work flexible schedule including nights, weekends and some holidays
