Job Description: We are seeking a creative Marketing Specialist to join our team. The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our products/services, increase brand awareness, and drive customer engagement. The ideal candidate will have a passion for marketing, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to think strategically while executing tactically.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gain a thorough understanding of our products, standards, and differentiators so that strategies can be developed for more-effective communications and brand awareness
• Analyze existing marketing collateral with a critical eye and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Develop and execute innovative marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, and traditional advertising.
• Conduct market research and analyze consumer behavior to identify trends and opportunities.
• Create and distribute monthly reports on critical metrics for lead generation, content creation, website traffic, and other KPIs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling marketing collateral, including website content, blog posts, videos, and graphics.
• Manage social media accounts and engage with followers to build brand loyalty and increase engagement.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices, continuously seeking opportunities for improvement and innovation.
• Support sales teams with marketing materials and lead generation activities.
• Assist in organizing and promoting events, trade shows, and other marketing initiatives.
• Maintain brand consistency across all marketing communications.
• Develops, prioritizes and manages all marketing activities against an approved budget.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field.
• Five years of professional experience.
• Proven experience in marketing, with a focus on digital marketing strategies and tactics.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging content.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, social media management tools, and email marketing software.
• Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas and solutions.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with product launches or integrated marketing campaigns.
• Experience in B2B marketing.
• Knowledge of search engine optimization (SEO) best practices.
• Experience with graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite.
• Familiarity with CRM systems.
