- Position: Director of Rehab/DOR - PT
- Hours: full time, exempt
- Setting: working in outpatient therapy in Assisted and Independent Living Communities
- Location: Springfield MA

QUALIFICATIONS
Graduate from Physical Therapy/Physical Therapy Assistant, Occupational Therapy/Occupational Therapy Assistant or Speech-Language Pathology program
Must possess and maintain a current license in the state of practice
Minimum five (5) year experience as treating therapist in outpatient or home health environment
Minimum three (3) years multi-site therapy management experience
Experience in sales and marketing
Currently Credentialed Documentation Auditor (CDA) or ability to become credentialed within six (6) months
Valid driver’s license in the state of practice
Ability to travel as needed to manage multiple locations and for sales and marketing Occasionally with overnight stays
