Maintenance Technician - Portland, TN
Direct Hire (First shift opening)
Aegis Worldwide is partnered with a large manufacturing company in Portland, TN area. We are looking for a Maintenance Technician to Handle the electrical needs of the entire facility, and a wide variety of production machinery and equipment.
- Pay: $26/hr - $30/hr
- First shift opening
- Direct Hire
Job Responsibilities:
- Must have mechanical knowledge of design and installation of hydraulics, pneumatics, welding/brazing, operation of milling machines, lathes, cut-off valves, and solenoids.
- Assist with rigging, installation, repair, and maintenance of a variety of production equipment, fabrication, and installation of machine guarding, fixtures, parts and mechanisms.
- Troubleshooting, equipment fabrication, installation, and preventative maintenance
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED required
- 2 to 5 years related industrial maintenance experience
- Must be able to do hydraulics, pneumatics, and Fab
- Conveyor work
- 3 phase motor experience would be great
- Must be able to troubleshoot PLC
