- 0-2 years of experience- this person can be a new grad who has mechanical l interest and has an eager willing to learn attitude OR they are open to someone who has experience!
- Industry- Industrial settings. Bearing, OEM, steel mills
- Experience with driveshafts, motors, engines, heavy duty equipment & machines
- Mechanical interest- working on cars
- Able to read technical drawings and understand measurements- metric & imperial units
- Good communication/Customer service skills- ability to explain technical concepts to customers- mainly email support, some phone
- Computer skills- MS office
