Summary:

As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in providing comprehensive financial support for the operating expenses of designated Business Units/Functional Areas. Your primary focus will involve robust modeling encompassing Budgeting, Forecasting, and in-depth analysis of Actual results, all executed within a framework of consistency and repeatability.

General Job Duties:

In this role, you will serve as the primary liaison for specific Business Units/Functional Areas, meticulously reporting on performance metrics. This responsibility includes conducting thorough variance analysis and articulating findings to key stakeholders and business leaders.

Specific Job Duties:

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams within Finance, spanning Corporate Development, FP&A, Accounting, and Commercial Integration, to ensure that any issues potentially impacting the financial model are promptly identified and addressed by the appropriate personnel.
• Establish regular status check points with stakeholders to communicate ongoing concerns, provide updates on inputs, key drivers, and assumptions, fostering transparency and alignment across the organization.
• Develop, interpret, and implement financial concepts to streamline financial planning and control processes.
• Conduct rigorous technical analyses to assess present and future financial performance, informing strategic decision-making.
• Gather, analyze, prepare, and synthesize recommendations for financial plans, future requirements, and operating forecasts, contributing to informed business strategies.

Required Experience:

The ideal candidate should possess 8-10 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, demonstrating a mastery of Microsoft Excel at an advanced level.

• Proficient process skills enabling assessment of existing processes, recommendation of improvements, and the establishment of best practices that can be standardized and automated.

Required Education:

• A Bachelor's degree in Business Finance or Accounting is required for this role.
