Position Overview: A trusted provider of healthcare in the Southern Berkshires, is seeking a Physical Therapist to evaluate, direct, plan, and provide treatments for patients with disabilities. The primary goal is to help patients achieve a maximum level of functional independence. The role involves documenting patient care and treatment results in compliance with departmental policies and regulatory agencies.

Position Qualifications:

• Ability to use rehab equipment including but not limited to splints, orthoses, prostheses, wheelchairs, ADL equipment, and modalities
• Must be able to work indoors, outdoors, in-patient rooms, therapy gyms, occasionally in a patient's home, and in the community
• Requested time off during the assignment must be noted and verified at upload; requests after upload will not be approved
• No more than 5 days of requested time off will be accepted

Submission Requirements:

• 2 years of PT experience required; new grads will not be considered
• Graduate of an accredited school of physical therapy with a Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree
• Ability to comprehend and write in English language
• Two specific interview dates/times of availability for interview must be added to profile

Profile Requirements:

• Work History
• Skills Checklist (pertinent to position), current to 1 year
• 1 Supervisory Signed Reference (from within the past two years of employment)
• License/Certifications: NH License (or compact), BLS (AHA) - Must be uploaded with profile
