Our client a not-for-profit research institute is seeking a Contracts Specialist to join their growing team. This is a full-time position in Alburquerque, NM and our client offers a very generous relocation package.

As the Contracts Specialist you will provide technical assistance to scientific and administrative staff with grant and contract development and administration for Federal, private and industry sponsors in a fast paced, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, Public/Business Administration, or a directly related area.
• Knowledge of federal regulations including FAR, DFARS, and federal cost principles.
• Knowledge of grant and contract policies of major funding agencies; NIH and DOD.
• Experience with Cost Point, Banner, or other similar software package is a plus!
