Sales and Marketing Manager

We are seeking a proactive Sales and Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives and drive sales growth through strategic planning and data-driven optimization.
Job Description:
As the Sales and Marketing Manager, you will lead a team of professionals involved in sales and marketing activities. You will be responsible for tracking market developments, creating strategies, setting up sales plans, and maintaining customer relations. Additionally, you will oversee the marketing team's activities, including content creation, social media management, and PR initiatives, ensuring they align with our brand message and marketing goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to achieve sales targets.
- Utilize SEO techniques and data analysis to optimize online presence and drive traffic.
- Lead and mentor marketing team members, delegating tasks and overseeing project execution.
- Respond to customer inquiries and maintain strong customer relations.
- Monitor and report on social media and SEO metrics, using insights to optimize sales strategies.
- Coordinate email marketing campaigns, blog posts, press releases, and event scheduling.
- Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing efforts with revenue goals.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience), or a soon-to-be graduate expecting to obtain this degree in the next year.
- Proven experience in digital marketing, sales management, and team leadership.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SEO and data optimization tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for sustainability and beauty industry experience preferred.
Compensation: $25 per hour, 20 hours per week (with potential for full-time transition based on performance), follow up for full-time determination would take place in the early fall of 2024.
