Job Title: Seasonal Sales Associate

JOB SUMMARY

As a Seasonal Sales Associate at AERIN, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and contributing to the store's overall success during peak seasons. You will be responsible for maintaining store cleanliness, organizing stock, and building client relationships. Your ability to be adaptable, collaborative, and team-focused will ensure a positive shopping experience for all customers.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Customer Service Excellence

• Provide a welcoming and personalized shopping experience for all customers
• Demonstrate strong product knowledge to assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with clients to encourage repeat business

Store Maintenance

• Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times
• Perform regular cleaning tasks, including dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces
• Assist in the organization and restocking of merchandise to maintain a tidy sales floor

Stock Organization

• Receive, unpack, and process new shipments efficiently and accurately
• Organize stock in the backroom and on the sales floor according to company standards
• Monitor inventory levels and report any discrepancies to the management team

Clienteling

• Develop a strong understanding of each client's preferences and shopping habits
• Proactively reach out to clients to inform them of new arrivals, promotions, and special events
• Create and maintain client profiles to personalize the shopping experience

Brand Representation

• Embody the AERIN brand values and aesthetic in all interactions
• Maintain high standards of store presentation and ensure all visual merchandising guidelines are followed
• Assist with the execution of in-store events and promotions to drive traffic and sales

Operational Duties

• Accurately process transactions at the point of sale, including cash, credit, and returns
• Adhere to all store policies and procedures, with a focus on Loss Prevention
• Assist with opening and closing procedures as needed, ensuring the store is secure

Team Collaboration

• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve daily and seasonal sales goals
• Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and sales techniques
• Contribute to a positive and productive team environment

Drive Results

• Strive to meet and exceed personal and store sales targets
• React to the rhythm of the business by identifying opportunities to increase sales through client outreach and in-store events
