AERMOR is hiring an IM/KM – Journeymen who will oversee the creation, sharing and organization of information within the organization. The selected individuals will work with various teams to ensure that knowledge is stored in a user-friendly manner and will be easily accessible to the customer, leadership, and staff.

Responsibilities Include:
- Responsible for information and knowledge management operations to include procurement, logistics, network, systems, or web services areas of experience
- Organizing and documenting valuable information about the customers technology systems, policies, and procedures
- Identify departmental Knowledge Management needs and develop solutions to meet those needs
- Provide team members access to the latest information
- Generates, collects, and manages information using the latest techniques and technology
- Provide training sessions to employees as requested
- Troubleshoot issues surrounding information management
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Must currently possess a U.S. Government issued, active Secret Level Security Clearance
- Minimum of 4-years of experience
- High School Diploma or GED
