Responsibilities include:
- Operations and Maintenance (O&M) and Life Cycle Maintenance (LCM) support for the NSWC PCD Unclassified Network and the NSWC PCD Classified Network
- Network support, O&M, and system administration services to technically support NSWC PCD in providing on-site support for NSWC PCD networks
- Support the Local Area Network (LAN) cable plant consisting of inside and outside fiber optic cable
- Technically support installation, configuration, patching and remediation, and troubleshooting of NSWC PCD RDT&E Network client desktop operating systems
- Provide limited server and network administration support as defined in Government developed or approved Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) provided as GFI upon task order award
- Effectively assess resourcing for completion of tasks and communicate on resource needs and gaps
- Perform project management techniques, processes, and protocols to ensure that customer requirements are met or exceeded in terms of cost, schedule, performance, and technical quality
- Establish and control technical milestones, schedules, budgets, and costs to ensure program success
- TS/SCI clearance
- Ten (10) years of progressively responsible professional experience and demonstrated experience in managing and directing the efforts of complex Information Technology (IT) teams in a dynamic environment. Experience managing Government IT contracts to include processes, functions, customer service, help desk taskings, cybersecurity, and Risk Management Framework.
- The PM shall have attained all necessary Cyber Security certifications for CWF job code 801 in accordance with the guidance provided in DODM 8140.03 of the following certifications:
- -- Certified Information Security Manager (CISM)
- -- Certified Information Systems Security Officer (C) ISSO)
- -- Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)
- -- GIAC Foundational Cybersecurity Technologies (GFACT)
- -- GIAC Security Leadership Certification (GSLC)
- -- Rocheston Certified Cybersecurity Engineer (RCCE)
- Bachelor’s degree in technical (computer science engineering, physics, etc.) focus is required
- Master’s degree preferred
