Aerocom Industries is Hiring a Lead CNC Setup and Programmer Near Longmont, CO
Job DescriptionMid-Level Manufacturing Position for Full-time employment. Will be responsible for programming, set-up, and some production 3 to 5-axis mill, and multi-axis lathe work. Will also be responsible for programming an automated lathe cell, cylindrical grinding cell, and programming new cylindrical grinding work. Also responsible for training new hires on equipment.
5 day work week from 8:00 am - 4:30 pm M-F
Physical Requirements
Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
Ability to walk, stand, bend, push/pull for a minimum of 8 hours
Must be a US citizen, have a valid driver's license, and pass a background check
Overtime may be required
Must provide a resume for consideration
Eligible for benefits after 60 day probation period.
Benefits include health, vision, dental, profit sharing, and 401k (after 12 months).
- 10 years minimum of manufacturing experience
- 5 years of CAD/CAM programming, set-up, and flexible with the possibility of learning a new CAD/CAM system.
- Must have a general knowledge of G-Code

- Physically able to be on their feet for 8-12hrs
