Seeking CNC Machine Operator in Morgan Hill, CA:
Pay: $21-25 Depending on Experience
Shift: M-TH 6AM-4:40PM (4X10 schedule)
Operating machines, Doing inspections on their own, Load material and devices, If they find parts that are not up to spec they have to inform their lead. Have to do a basic Blue print test, Math skills, Have to document inspections, Make sure machine is running.
Responsibilities
•Assumes responsibility for operating Vertical Machining Centers from written and verbal instructions per WI00004.9.
•Reviews traveler, set-up instructions, drawings, inspection forms and any other relevant documentation for each job.
•Follows written and verbal instructions to loads raw material into vises and fixture.
•Deburrs in process and completed parts per instructions.
•Inspects parts per MIR and other relevant documentation.
•Advises set-up person or Production Lead of any non-conformance or other problems.
•Performs these tasks in an efficient and effective manner.
•Maintains a clean and organized work area at all times.
•Makes suggestions to Production Lead & Production Manager regarding potential improvements in part processes as well as the Vertical Cell department.
•Ensures compliance with ISO 9001:2008 and all governmental regulations.
•Performs other Duties as assigned by the Production Lead and Production Manager.
