**Job Title: Clean Room Technician (3rd Shift)**

**Job Description**

Join our team as a Clean Room Technician where you will be responsible for inspecting work for defects, replacing parts as needed, and conducting product inspections using a microscope. You will follow detailed documentation and procedures to ensure the highest quality standards are met. This role requires excellent attention to detail and the ability to read and comprehend English.

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 4 Month(s).

**Work Site**

This is a fully on-site position in Tempe, Arizona.

**Work Environment**

This position is for the 3rd shift (10:30 PM - 6:30 AM) with a 20% shift differential. The role involves working in a controlled clean room environment where you will wear a full bunny suit, including foot covers, mouth covers, gloves, and a hair net. No make-up, fake nails, or nail polish is allowed, and you must wear close-toed shoes and pants. The position offers a base pay rate of $16 for candidates with no manufacturing/electronics experience, and $17-$18 for those with some experience, plus a 20% shift differential. Be prepared for a significant amount of overtime post-training, including weekends.
