**Facilities Maintenance Technician**

**Job Description**

The Facilities Maintenance Technician will be responsible for scheduling and managing various maintenance tasks for our school facility. These tasks include managing access requests, grounds keeping, routine maintenance, building repairs, parking lot management, and issue and complaint resolution. They will also be tasked with creating, sharing, and sending out emails on building policies, rules, or instructions on issues. The role requires daily interaction with 350-400 employees working in the building, facilitating building upkeep, responding to issues, scheduling repairs, and coordinating with outside skilled trades contractors as required.
