Seeking a dedicated Facilities Maintenance Technician to handle building maintenance in various areas including plumbing, HVAC (including cleaning and filter maintenance), carpentry, drywall, painting, janitorial tasks, boiler maintenance, landscaping (zero-turn mowing, snow removal), general cleaning, and forklift operating.
