A downtown Bellevue property management company is hiring janitors/custodians on all shifts!
JOB DESCRIPTION

• Provide high level of customer service.
• Vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping of flooring and stairs.
• Clean and sanitize bathrooms, including toilets, urinals, sinks and countertops.
• Replace supplies in the bathrooms (toilet paper, paper towels, soap) and wipes down surfaces.
• Empty all trash cans, replace lines, and clean receptacles as necessary.
• Place full trash bags 55-gallon bucket on castes. When full wheel to dumpster chute for disposal.
• Cleaning windowsills and windows.
• Maintain janitor closest in a clean safe and operable condition.
• Proper labeling, dilution, and use of all chemicals.
• Always wearing proper Personal Protective Equipment.
• Wipe down any tables in the area; rearranges chairs and mop up any spills that may occur.
• Assist with the setup of facilities for meetings and events as necessary.
• Make one trip through assigned section every 30 minutes including checking the rest rooms.
• Be properly equipped with dustpan, broom, putty knife, cleaning rags, and spray bottle always.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience in janitorial fields preferred but not required.
• Willing to submit to pre-employment screening.
• Reliability.

PAY

• $20.50/hr to $22.50/hr depending on shift.

SHIFT

• First shift: 6:00am-2:45pm
• Second shift: 2:30pm-11:15pm
• Third shift: 10:00pm-6:30am
• Five days a week- must be available weekends.
