**Job Title: Maintenance Manager**
Maintenance Manager need at a food manufacturing plant in the Orlando area - relocation assistance available. Previous food manufacturing maintenance experience preferred.
**Job Description**
In this role, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, scheduling, and managing all plant maintenance functions. This includes purchasing and evaluating equipment and facility systems to ensure that production requirements and schedules are met. A major part of your responsibility will be to minimize equipment downtime and maximize equipment effectiveness to optimize production. You will also lead and develop maintenance personnel, maintain plant electrical, gas, water, refrigeration, compressed air, and other support utility systems. You will also oversee the maintenance of grounds and facilities.
Requirements:
5 years in Maintenance, Food/Beverage Manufacturing, Lean/Six-Sigma, Automation, TPM, Conveyors, PLC's, Troubleshooting/Repair, Engineering, Electrical/Mechanical
Mechanical/Electrical aptitude and experience with machinery upgrades
Continuous Improvement emphasis and willingness to implement systems and procedures
Travel - 10%
