**Job Title: Maintenance Technician**

**Job Description**

As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for the safe operation, repair, maintenance, and troubleshooting of various industrial equipment, systems, and components. This includes washers, dryers, steam tunnels, conveyor systems, and boilers within an industrial laundry facility. You will execute maintenance duties by observing and testing mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems and components, ensuring optimal performance and adherence to safety policies and procedures. Your role involves dismantling defective parts, adjusting device functions, welding, and conducting general housekeeping, both indoors and outdoors.

This is a fully on-site position in Union, New Jersey.

**Work Environment**

The work environment is energetic and requires a 'people person' who can interact positively with team members across all sections of the building, which includes office spaces and different sections of the industrial facility. The facility comprises a clean section for handling laundry, a section with heavy-duty washers and dryers, and a critical wastewater treatment area with strict regulatory compliance needs. Dress code includes work pants.
