**Job Title: Maintenance Supervisor**

**Job Description**

As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the scheduling, sequencing, and assignment of work activities based on work priority, quantity of equipment, and skill of personnel. You will monitor employees' work levels and review their performance. Additionally, you will handle the inventory of tools and parts as well as maintain the condition of shops to ensure optimal working conditions. You will also investigate accidents and injuries, prepare reports, and ensure that installations, services, or repairs are determined when necessary. Your role includes conducting or arranging for training in safety, repair, maintenance techniques, operational procedures, or equipment use. Moreover, you will inspect and monitor work areas, examine tools and equipment, and provide employee safety training to correct unsafe conditions or violations of procedures and safety rules. Finally, you will inspect, test, and measure completed work to verify its conformance to standards and repair requirements.

**Work Environment**

The work environment is within a food manufacturing setting where there may be flour and grain on the floors. It is crucial that tools are cleaned properly every day to meet FDA requirements.
