Job Title: Electrical Maintenance Technician (2nd & 3rd shift)
Job Description
Seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to maintain and repair industrial machinery and equipment in a manufacturing setting. This role involves performing both preventative and corrective maintenance.
Hard Skills

• Industrial maintenance experience
• Use of basic hand tools (Multi-meter, Amp meter)
• Reading blueprints and electrical schematics
• Troubleshooting and repair
• Control panel construction and installation
• Forklift operation
• Mechanical maintenance (changing bearings, belts, pulleys, oil)
• Experience with hydraulics, air compressors, PLCs, and welding (preferred)

Soft Skills

• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Strong organizational skills
• Effective communication
• Team cooperation
• Safety awareness

Job Type
This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 6 Month(s).
Work Site
This is a fully on-site position in Belmont, North Carolina.
Work Environment
The work environment is non-climate controlled but fairly comfortable, largely open air to prevent machinery overheating. The workspace is organized with designated areas for raw materials.
