Job Description
This position involves responsibility for various types of maintenance including mechanical, electrical, robotic, and preventative tasks within the manufacturing facility. You will engage in advanced troubleshooting, repairs, and adjustments, ensuring the smooth operation of automation machinery and equipment. Your role also includes sourcing and procuring equipment parts, fabricating necessary fixturing, and leading maintenance teams towards EHS improvements and project management.
Hard Skills
- Automation Experience
- PLCs (Siemens)
- Advanced mechanical and electrical troubleshooting
- Ability to work with voltages from 12V single phase to 460V three phase
- Troubleshooting and repair of PLC/Robotics/Programming issues
- Preventative maintenance and lubrication practices
- Experience in robot integration, automation, and robot preventive maintenance
- Ability to troubleshoot CNC machinery
- Experience with Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of Allen-Bradley PLC
This is a fully on-site position in Conover, North Carolina.
