We own and manage our beautiful communities and are looking for motivated new employees to join our family. Weinstein Properties is based out of Richmond, VA and has communities throughout VA, NC, GA and TX and are looking forward to our new ventures and growth in TN.

Pay: $20/hr for non-EPA certified technicians with a path to certification and pay increase once certified. $21/hr for EPA certified technicians

We have the opportunity to bring on maintenance make ready technician in the following area:

• Bexley Parkstone - Gallatin, TN

Working hours are 8 AM to 5 PM Monday - Friday. This position requires participating in an emergency on-call rotation with your teammates, bonus paid when on call.

** EPA certified a plus, or no EPA certification but willing to get (we provide training and testing)

Ideal candidates should have some general maintenance experience and at least 1-2 years of residential maintenance experience including electrical, plumbing, appliance repairs, interior/exterior maintenance & carpentry.

Great on-call and holiday bonuses!

Reliable transportation required. A background check will be conducted.
