DPKY Management is Hiring a Maintenance Technician Near Maryville, TN
Management company looking for a full time Maintenance Technician. Must be dependable. Must have valid drivers' license and be able to pass a background and drug screen.
Duties:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including but not limited to electrical, plumbing, and HVAC repairs.
- Troubleshoot and repair equipment malfunctions.
- Conduct inspections to identify potential issues and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience as a maintenance technician or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Customer service-oriented with good communication skills.
- Leadership abilities to supervise contractors and manage projects.
Job Type: Full-time

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- On call
