Job Description
We are seeking skilled painters at various levels to join our team. Responsibilities will include handling and staging materials, cleaning surfaces according to standards, and applying primers and coatings. More experienced candidates will handle multi-component coatings, utilize spray and inspection equipment, and provide training to junior painters.
Hard Skills
- General knowledge of staging and handling
- Knowledge of SP2 and SP3 cleaning
- Ability to apply shop coat primer
- Advanced knowledge of standard shop primer
- Knowledge of multi-component coatings
- Extensive knowledge of spray equipment
- Ability to utilize inspection equipment
- Complete knowledge of all coating systems and paint equipment
- Ability to provide material and consumable usage estimates
- Ability to provide estimated paint times
- Capability to train lower level painters
This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 6 Month(s).
Work Site
This is a fully on-site position in NA, Texas.
Work Environment
