**Job Title: Quality Manager**

**Job Description**

Join our team as a Quality Manager and play a pivotal role in producing high-quality glass products for the commercial industry, specializing in customized glass cutting for projects including skyscrapers and glass towers. This direct placement position offers a competitive salary ranging from $90K-$95K and operates on a 1st shift schedule from 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM, Monday through Friday. As a Quality Manager, you will develop a high-performance team with high levels of engagement, morale, satisfaction, and performance. You will ensure product quality levels are achieved through standard work and training in operation, inspection techniques, and the use of tools/data. Additionally, you will support and implement new customer-focused processes in line with lean principles, providing training and coaching to enhance work organization and housekeeping.

**Hard Skills**

5 years of leadership experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment

Min 5 years as Quality Manager/Supervisor

Preferred Quality experience in Glass Manufacturing or Machine Shop Industry

2-5 years of Quality Technician experience

**Work Site**

This is a fully on-site position in GARLAND, Texas.

**Work Environment**

The work environment is very clean and organized, featuring large fans for airflow in a non-climate controlled setting. The facility provides water and electrolyte popsicle stations throughout to ensure employee comfort and hydration.
